What I Do

Data Architecture

Making sense of the relations between data and conceiving flexible data models capable of answering a range of needs and efficiently adapting to emerging requirements is a passion for me. I believe organizing information in a smart way can bring simplicity to the most complex of issues.

By gaining a deep understanding of the issues facing the business, I can find ways to present information in order to solve their problems, whether they be difficulty making decisions or streamlining repetitive tasks through adaptable dashboards.

Once the product is in users' hands, my philosophy entails staying in tune with their needs and providing them with the enhancements that will improve their quality of life.

A deep-seated disgust for complexity is at the heart of my approach to process optimization. Honing in on the true issues underneath the inefficiency allows me to approach optimization using the right tools for the specific job; sometimes that means using automation to eliminate repetitive tasks or make different steps match together like pieces of a puzzle, sometimes that means working on the human aspects to make people work together to simplify their interactions.

Project Management

I've helped organize entire programs totalling close to a hundred contributors under a single methodology and backlog to bring teams to better manage dependencies. I adapt to the reality of each project and its maturity levels to manage change in a gradual way while improving performance.
